Tushar

With more than 19 years of industry experience, Tushar is one of the founding directors of SNIPER and one of the strongest technical foundations behind the company.

He is calm.
Composed.
Supportive.
And extremely dedicated to his work.

But there is another side to his working style.

Tushar is the perfectionist of the SNIPER team.

For him, "almost correct" and "working properly" are not the same thing.

If something can be improved, he will notice it.
If a detail matters, he will pay attention to it.
And if the work carries the SNIPER name, he believes it should be done properly.

Coming from a humble background, Tushar understands the value of hard work, consistency and supporting the people around him.

His leadership style reflects that.

He believes that building a strong company also means helping people grow.

Technically, Tushar brings deep expertise in:

• Industrial Automation
• Robotics
• Machine Automation
• Machine Safety and Process Safety

But his contribution to SNIPER goes beyond technology.

He represents one of the core values behind the company:

Stay calm. Stay focused. Do the work properly.

Together with Durgesh, Tushar brings more than 38 years of combined experience to the foundation of SNIPER.

And while that experience helps solve today's challenges, one of his biggest visions is preparing the people who will take SNIPER forward tomorrow.
