Sniper Solutions is an industrial automation contractor working the Pune manufacturing belt — panels, drives, robot cells and plant IoT, installed by the same engineers who survey the job and stay on for the breakdown call two years later.
Every industry has problems — some planned, some beginning with the most familiar sentence in engineering: "it was working yesterday." A machine stops, a drive trips, a sensor stops talking to the PLC, and a small issue turns into a discussion involving engineering, maintenance and production. SNIPER was founded by Tushar and Durgesh, who between them had seen that sentence for more than 38 years, and kept asking the same question: why should one industrial problem need five different companies to solve it?
Work often starts with something as simple as terminating one wire. That wire reaches a sensor, the sensor talks to a PLC, the PLC drives a machine, the machine generates data — and one wire becomes part of a much larger system.

The engineer who walks your line and quotes the job is the one who wires and commissions it. Nothing gets promised in a meeting that has to be un-promised on the floor.
Panel GA, cable schedule and BOM go to you for approval first. If the design is wrong, it's wrong on paper — which costs a revision, not a shutdown.
Most of what we touch is a running plant with legacy I/O and no spare shutdown window. We plan cutover around your production plan, not the other way round.
