Constraint: takt time. Every second of cycle time is costed. Traceability and poka-yoke checks can't add drag to the line.
Where we work
Plants where a stopped line is measured in lakhs per shift.
Every sector has one constraint that dictates the whole job — takt time, batch traceability, washdown rating, changeover speed. Knowing which one it is before the survey is most of the work.
Constraint: audit trail. Every parameter change and alarm needs a timestamped, exportable record for validation.
Constraint: washdown & hygiene. IP-rated enclosures and CIP-compatible sensors, or the panel doesn't survive the first wash cycle.
Constraint: changeover speed. SKU changeovers happen daily — recipe-driven parameters beat manual re-tuning every time.
Constraint: uptime under peak load. Sortation can't jam during a dispatch peak — control logic has to degrade gracefully, not stop dead.
Constraint: thermal & energy. Furnace loops and sub-metering have to hold setpoint through load swings without wasting power.
If it has a PLC, a drive or a robot, we've probably touched something like it.
These six cover most of what we see across the Pune belt, but the underlying work — panels, drives, robotics, IIoT — is the same across sectors. Tell us your machine and process; we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
