§ 02 — Our story

From one wire to a connected industrial ecosystem.

Every industry has problems — some planned, some beginning with the most familiar sentence in engineering: "it was working yesterday." A machine stops, a drive trips, a sensor stops talking to the PLC, and a small issue turns into a discussion involving engineering, maintenance and production. SNIPER was founded by Tushar and Durgesh, who between them had seen that sentence for more than 38 years, and kept asking the same question: why should one industrial problem need five different companies to solve it?

One wire, one ecosystem

Work often starts with something as simple as terminating one wire. That wire reaches a sensor, the sensor talks to a PLC, the PLC drives a machine, the machine generates data — and one wire becomes part of a much larger system.

We don't think in separate boxes

Electrical, automation, hardware, installation, IT and IIoT are one connected job to us — from wiring and panels through PLC, HMI and SCADA, to networking, data and analytics.

§ 05 — How we work

The parts that show up two years later.

Anything runs on handover day. These are the choices that decide whether it still runs when the engineer who built it has moved on.

The surveyor is the commissioner

The engineer who walks your line and quotes the job is the one who wires and commissions it. Nothing gets promised in a meeting that has to be un-promised on the floor.

Drawings before wire is cut

Panel GA, cable schedule and BOM go to you for approval first. If the design is wrong, it's wrong on paper — which costs a revision, not a shutdown.

Brownfield is the default assumption

Most of what we touch is a running plant with legacy I/O and no spare shutdown window. We plan cutover around your production plan, not the other way round.

Backups and parameters are yours

PLC and HMI backups, drive parameter lists and commented logic at handover. No locked blocks. You are never held hostage for the next change.

The data layer stays out of the control layer

Reporting reads from a gateway, never from inside running logic. Adding a dashboard next year won't put this year's line at risk.

STAGE 01

Site survey

We walk the line, measure loads and photograph the existing panel before quoting anything.

STAGE 02

Design & quote

Panel GA, cable schedule, BOM and a fixed price. You approve drawings before a wire is cut.

STAGE 03

Install & commission

Wiring, programming, dry runs and load trials — scheduled inside your shutdown window.

STAGE 04

Handover & support

Backups, drawings, parameter lists, operator training, then a number a human answers.
